  • Lead creative direction for textile collections used in the craft and quilting industry, including digital, rotary, and screen-printed fabrics
  • Direct art development from concept to production, managing freelance artists, sourcing, and vendor partnerships
  • Plan and manage budgets for art purchasing, packaging, and production; troubleshoot supply chain issues to protect margins
